P7 Cross Country Success!
On Tuesday, a group of our P7 pupils took part in a cross-country event, completing an impressive 1.2km run. It was fantastic to see the determination, resilience and effort shown by every member of the team, and we are incredibly proud of them all.
The event was a great opportunity for our pupils to challenge themselves, demonstrate their fitness and represent Calderwood with pride. Every runner gave their best effort and showed excellent sportsmanship throughout the day.
We are delighted to share that our boys’ team and one of our girls, Amel, have qualified for the Cross Country Finals in Bathgate on 8th October. This is a fantastic achievement and recognition of all their hard work and commitment.
Congratulations to everyone who took part, and a special well done to those who have qualified for the finals. We look forward to cheering them on in October.
