Calderwood Commitments:
- Resource Donations: Please find a list of some items our younger clans were looking for some support with.
- Primary 4 – 7 clans: Responsible Use Agreement: Please ensure your child in Primary 4-7 has complicated the digital agreement form along with their parent or carer. You can find more information here.
- 01/10/26: iPay open for Term 2 milk order: Milk orders will not be available after 14/10/26.
- Primary 4 – 7 Trusted Champ Nomination: We would ask that you complete this form with your child so they can nominate their trusted champions at Calderwood Primary: P4-7 Trusted Champion 2026-2027 – Fill out form

Calderwood Communication:
- Parking: A reminder that the bays labelled between the school and nursery are for car users who have a blue badge only.
- Lollipop Person: Joy will be on holidays Wednesday – Friday next week.

- Communication: If you are requiring to speak to a member of the senior leadership team, it is important your messages reaches the correct member of staff. Please email or phone the office, ensuring you let them know your child’s clan, so the correct person can get back in touch. Our communication approaches are here.

- House Meeting: Last week we had a house meeting with a focus on our learning environment, you can find out more information here.
- End of Day Pick-Up Reminder (P1): Our Primary 1 team would kindly ask that if you wish to speak with your child’s teacher at the end of the school day, you wait outside the cloakroom area rather than entering the cloakroom itself. This allows staff to safely support the last children as they collect their belongings and leave the building. Thank you for your understanding and support.
- Medication Reminder: To help ensure the safe administration of medication in school, please do not place medication in your child’s school bag. Any medication should be handed directly to the school office by an adult. Where possible, please also provide details of the time and amount of the last dosage given. Thank you for helping us keep our children safe.

Calderwood Compliments:
- Our Primary 7 Clans had the opportunity to visit Dalguise for 3 days. They had a fantastic time and were a huge credit to Calderwood, with many compliments from the Dalguise staff. You can find some photos here, and we will continue to upload more. A huge thank you to all the champions who gave up their own time to attend and support the running of the residential.
